Description

The fourth queen to rule in that name, Nehellenia IV's rule was very peaceful as The Moon Kingdom was in Isolation after the start or the terrors of the Warring Planets Era, remembering the brutal conquests by two aliens and the Martian Empire. She was also known as the Carnival Queen for her colorful wardrobe .
